1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using Max Combat Assistant, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Max Combat Assistant solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your license key is tied to your hardware ID (HWID) to prevent sharing.
3. Payment & Delivery
We use NOWPayments for cryptocurrency transactions and PayPal for fiat payments. After network confirmation (often 1–3 minutes), the server issues your key. Please check your email and the License Portal to retrieve your key. Ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout.
4. Fair Use & Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key.
- Attempting to bypass HWID locks, crack, or distribute the software is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban without refund.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality. Max Combat Assistant is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect and use your data.
1. Information We Collect
When you use our services, we may collect:
- Email Address: Used solely for delivering license keys and critical account notices.
- Hardware ID (HWID): A cryptographic hash of your system hardware used strictly for license validation.
- Usage Data: Anonymous analytics such as page views and interaction metrics to improve our website.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to process payments, deliver digital goods, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All payment processing is handled by secure, third-party providers (PayPal, NOWPayments); we do not store your financial information.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital license delivery, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a Refund
If you experience critical technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, you must contact support on our Discord server within 24 hours of purchase.
Conditions
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of the administration.
- No refunds will be provided for issues stemming from failure to follow setup instructions, system incompatibility that was clearly stated, or account bans.
- Once a refund is processed, your license key will be permanently deactivated.
